Is there a minimum contract commitment?

No. You can cancel at any time.

What do I need to start using the software?

There is nothing to download so all you need is a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, and an internet connection.

Where is my data stored?

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our cloud storage. AWS allows us to choose the region in which your data is stored. We have made sure to keep your data in Australia.

Can my existing data be imported?

Yes. If you can export your data from your current system into a spreadsheet, we can import it for you. If the data can't be exported, you can fill the spreadsheet out manually.

Can I use custom matter numbers?

Yes. You can choose to continue using your existing matter references or the system default.

Can I set my transactions numbers?

Yes. If you would like continuity from your old software, just let us know what receipt number and/or payment number you would like to start at.

Can I add users and edit user permissions?

Yes. Within the settings page of your database you can add and remove users and change their acess permissions.

Can I maintain my registers in the software?

Currently, you can maintain your Register of Powers and Estates in the software. We are working on the other registers in the background and hope to add them soon.

How can I learn to use the software?
